About me

My name is Natasha Richner, and I am currently a Project Management Specialist at GP Strategies, a global eLearning organisation. I am based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

I manage large-scale learning and localisation programmes across global teams, balancing budget, timeline, scope, quality and stakeholder expectations. My work is strongest where programmes are complex, multilingual, and culturally impactful. 

Previous to my current role, I worked at Rubric Europe, progressing from Project Associate to Project Manager in under 3 years.

I graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an International and European Politics MSc, but my international politics journey began at the University of Florida, where  I graduated Cum Laude in International Studies with a focus on Europe in December 2017. I finished with two minors in French and Francophone Studies and Italian Studies and completed the International Scholars and Peace Corps Prep Programs. I spent Fall of 2016 studying in Rome, Italy and gaining fluency in the Italian language. It solidified my passions for travelling, language learning, and it clarified my career paths and goals.

I was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico and moved to Central Florida when I was 9 years old. In my short life, I have travelled across the United States and to over twenty countries on five continents. However, I want to continue exploring the world and all it offers when I can. Aside from my two native languages, I have become fluent in French and Italian. I am currently learning German and hope to acquaint myself with at least one more language in the following years. I believe that language connects people worldwide and enriches one's life.
